Anna Schwenk

MA, Licensed Professional Counselor

Anna is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado. She received her BA in Pre-Counseling from Moody Bible Institute and her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Denver Seminary. 

Anna is passionate about helping children and adults increase awareness, emotional regulation, and resiliency. She works with individuals experiencing  a wide range of issues including: stress, trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, adoption-related issues, and grief and loss. In her work with clients, she aims to help them reach their treatment goals through a client-centered, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach.

Anna has past experience teaching social-emotional learning in schools and loves getting to teach children (and adults!) about how their brains and nervous systems work and why that is related to mental health!
